Where do I find my tracking number?

In your shipping confirmation email, sent when your order is dispatched (around day 11–13). If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

My tracking isn’t updating.

Couriers can take 24–48 hours to scan a newly shipped parcel. Give it a day and check again.
